TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Order Policy

 

V.I.P. ReSTYLERS. doesn’t require a minimum order amount. Any order placed before 1:00pm Central Time for stocked

items will ship the same day.

 

Payment Terms

 

All orders have to be Prepay be for we manufacture the stripes. options available for payment -1) ZELLE, -2) Credit Card, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express -3) PAYPAL -4) VEMO

Open Accounts are not an option.

NO CHECKS SORRY

 

Pricing

 

Prices are subject to change without notice. The customer is responsible for full payment of all goods received regardless of

any errors or omissions on the price sheet. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

 

Freight

 

Any single order placed that totals $100 and above will have UPS & Fed Ex ground freight paid by V.I.P. ReSTYLERS. (This applies to  U.S. destinations only…..Alaska & Hawaii will have freight adjusted) Canadian orders that meet paid freight conditions will have

ground freight paid to U.S. boarder. All other orders the customer will be charged the standard shipping rate.

 

Claims

 

Inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt for damage or errors in shipment. Damage claims must be filed against the

carrier promptly by the customer. Shortages or errors in shipment must be reported to V.I.P. ReSTYLERS. within 2 days of delivery.

If there are errors and replacement products are sent, a call tag will be issued for the returning product that was sent in error.

This product must be returned to V.I.P. ReSTYLERS. within 30 days of call tag date. Product that is not returned will be charged the balance due.

 

Drop Ships

 

No C.O.D. drop ship orders will be processed. All drop ship orders must be open account or credit card. All drop ship addresses must  have a correct address. If the address is corrected by the shipping company, the correction fee will be passed on the customer. This service is provided at no extra charge.

 

Returns

 

All sales are final. Merchandise is not eligible for stock adjustments. Customer will prepay freight on all authorized returns and

will be subject  to a 25% restocking fee. Authorized products must have been purchased within 60 days of return and be in its

original packaging without damage. Custom products, products labeled as EC, paint protection and partial kits are non-refundable.

Any unauthorized returns will be refused.

 

Backorders

 

Back orders for all standard stock items will be shipped when complete and will not be charged shipping charges.  All non-stock and special order items are not considered back orders and will be charged freight.

 

Warranty

 

Technical specifications, recommendations and all other statements about V.I.P. ReSTYLERS, vinyl films are based upon tests

believed to be factual but do not constitute a guarantee or warranty. All V.I.P. ReSTYLERS films are sold with the understanding that the Purchaser will use the vinyl films for the intended purposes in which they, (the films) were manufactured for following the given parameters of each product. Should V.I.P. ReSTYLERS, vinyl films fail to execute correctly after specified proper use and application within one year of shipment date V.I.P. ReSTYLERS, will replace the defective material. V.I.P. ReTYLERS, require an actual sample of any vinyl film in question. V.I.P. ReSTYLERS liability for a defective product shall not exceed the original price paid by the purchaser.

 

Under no circumstances shall V.I.P. ReSTYLERS be responsible for any incidental or other damages outside of V.I.P. ReTYLERS,

control of the manufactured vinyl films. No additional warranties and implied warranties other than those stated above which are

made expressly in lieu of all other warranties shall apply to any vinyl films sold by V.I.P. ReSTYLERS.  V.I.P. ReSTYLERS specifically disclaims and excludes all other warranties.

 

Damages

 

"In no event shall V.I.P. ReSTYLERS be liable for any consequential, special, punitive, or indirect loss or damage that the

customer may incur or suffer in connection with the use or reuse of products purchased from V.I.P. ReSTYLERS or in any

way arising out of a breach of these Terms and Conditions."
